Our lowering selection tool for the 2019 to 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD or 4WD Quad or Crew Cab Lowering Kit.

The MaxTrac kit uses adjustable front struts and either a 2 inch rear coil or 4 inch rear coils, track bar brackets, sway bar links and shocks.

Lowering the rear by more than 2 inches requires shorter shocks.


Notes on rear lowering coils

  • Coils Are Designed For Crew Cab Models. Regular Cab Models Will Get Approx 1 inch Less Drop
  • Regular cab short bed will get approx 1.5 inches less drop.
  • Models with the eTorque system or Sport models may get an additional 1 inch rear drop

2019 to 2021 Ram 1500 2WD and 4WD Quad or Crew Cab Lowering Kit

The front suspension on the current series of Ram 4wd trucks had little design change from the 2009 to 2018 models but now the 2wd also feature a front strut. This makes both 2wd and 4wd models sharing some front suspension components. Of course the minor changes required a different strut assembly and if spindles are ever introduced they will be different as well.

The rear suspension had very little for changes other than coil rate. Keep in mind that some of these trucks feature air suspension that will prevent any except the most extreme lowering efforts.
